The fully automatic machine placeALL® PA 600 has some further additions and characteristics compared to the equipment of the PA 500. By shortest path selection and application of two heads a real placement speed of up to 6.500 components per hour can be reached.The incorporation of 284 feeders reduces the setup time of the system considerably. The interconnection of the system into a complete setup, e.g. into a SMD- production line is naturally warranted.

The placeALL® PA 500 is the entrance system for fully automatic SMD-Pick and Place and is completely modular built-on like all the Pick and Place machines from Fritsch.It affords a real placement speed of 2.500 components per hour. With the use of our intelligent smartFEEDER the set-up time of this system is reduced to a minimum. The reutilisation or the bonding of the feeder-system into bigger systems to a later point is possible without a problem.

The µPlacer is a selective Pick and Place system for complex components like Ultra-Fine-Pitch- or BGA-technics. Post-placement of such components is no longer a problem at all. Furthermore we give the possibility to upgrade the µPlacer to an adequate rework system for complex components.By using a controlled temperature profile it can be used for soldering and desoldering, but also for reballing of BGAs. Software modules make it possible to record the rework process by themselves as described in ISO9000.

The semi-automatic Pick and Place system of the range SM 902 fills the gap between the only manual and the fully automatic Pick and Place system. Guided by the PC the operator of the system will be relieved as far as possible. He receives both an instruction for accurate Pick and correct Place of the components and also a control over all performed steps. With this control and guidance system the operator can even handle complicated circuits with high density.
