Wave Soldering
The ERSA ETS 330 is a compact, in-line capable double wave, wave soldering machine designed to handle the more simple SMD and TH components on a mixed technology assembly. The ETS 330 is a microprocessor controlled wave soldering system for leaded components (with a PCB width of up to 330 mm), mixed configurations and SMDs. It is ideally, suitable for the use of low solid "No-Clean" fluxes. A high reproducible product quality is assured by the memory capability of 10 soldering programs, the nominal input of all process relevant parameters and the self control of the soldering system.
The ETS 250 is ERSA's smallest wave soldering machine specifically designed for small and medium sized production lots of non-complex mixed technology assemblies. Simple operation as well as low initial costs and operating expenses make the ETS 250 an extremely economical investment which will pay off rapidly. All components are perfectly suited for the processing of low-solid fluxes. The flux system is made entirely of stainless steel. A high-quality foam tube guarantees a superior and uniform formation of fine pored foam.
The POWERFLOW wave solder machine is the backbone of the ERSA line for complex, lead free wave soldering applications and is available as normal atmosphere machine or with ERSA's innovative nitrogen hood. The machine highlights a 16" board width, plug and play pre-heat design (Medium IR, Convection, Short IR and now with new topside Convection) and 1.8 meters of preheat standard. Additional pre-heating of up to 2.4 meters can be added if needed. A new nozzle configuration brings the chip wave closer to the laminar wave for reduced solder defects.
