Asscon's vacuum soldering process combines the average of the vapor-phase with the vaccum process. The vaccum module consists of the evacuation unit mounted in the process chamber where it is secured with quick-locks for fast and easy removal for maintenance. Pump, valves and sensors are integrated in the base.

For in-line production of large series. Equipped with SMEMA interface, conveyor width adjustment,center support and permanent filtration system as a standard.

For small and medium sized series. Work-piece carrier insertion facilitates universal und flexible useage. Optional upgrade: closed internal cooling system, collection of operational data and activ- cooling-system.

The Asscon VP800 system has been developed especially for laboratories and prototyping. Thanks to ist multi-chamber design, the system can also be used for implementing close-to-production process qualifications. Moreover, the system can be used for soldering very small series. As the processing zone, it is possible to apply the soldering process in the VP800 system to the standard achieved by current production lines in a compact environment. Here the system especially stands out of its simple handling, enabling each user to solder high-quality modules fault-free.
