The semi-automatic Pick and Place system of the range SM 902 fills the gap between the only manual and the fully automatic Pick and Place system. Guided by the PC the operator of the system will be relieved as far as possible. He receives both an instruction for accurate Pick and correct Place of the components and also a control over all performed steps. With this control and guidance system the operator can even handle complicated circuits with high density. There are already extrem short set-up times and in this way there will be reached a high return on investment.Furthermore the CAD data can be taken over without a problem for the fully automatic machines to a later point of time.
